1. Does it cost anything to play Winquiry?
No, playing Winquiry is absolutely free! You do not have to buy anything. We do not ask for a credit card number.
You pay nothing. Making a purchase from a sponsor will not increase your odds of winning. All you need to do is
come to www.Winquiry.com and play the game to have a chance at instantly winning a great prize!
2. What personal information do you collect when I register?
When you create a Winquiry account, all you have to provide is a valid e-mail address, a unique nickname,
a password for you new account, and a password reminder. We also request other information at this point,
but providing that information is optional. When you win a prize, you will have to provide more
information for prize claim identification purposes.
3. How many times can I submit answers?
You can submit as many answers as you like, the first 50 correct answers give you chances to win a prize. You are only eligible to win a prize if you submit a correct
answer. If you submit a wrong answer, the question will be shown again later in the question rotation and
you can try again. Finding correct answers on the Sponsors' websites typically only takes a few seconds and
is easier than continually guessing answers to try to find the correct answers.
You can also submit 15 Rate It opinions each day for more chances to win a prize.
4. What are Reward Levels?
Reward Levels are a loyalty reward. Each day that you answer at least one question correctly, you will earn one Reward
Level point. Each week (Sunday through Saturday) you do not answer a question correctly, you will lose FOUR Reward Level points.
If you answer at least one question correctly for five consecutive days, you will have five Reward Level points.
As you earn more Reward Level points, you will progress though our member levels (Diamond, Club, Heart, Spade).
The higher your Reward Level, the higher your Referral Fee pay out. See the
Winquiry Official Rules for complete details of how Reward Levels work.
5. I don't understand the game, can you help me?

6. I am playing as an anonymous guest and won a prize, what do I do?
If you win a prize while playing as an anonymous guest, you will be sent to a winners page
where you can either enter the email address of your existing account or create a new
account if you are not already registered. You must claim the prize at this time or it
will be forfeited.
7. Why should I register?
There are several advantages to registering.
You can submit more Rate It opinions - easier chances to win
You can receive referral fees for telling your friends about Winquiry
You can increase your referral fee by getting credit for playing regularly
You can receive daily reminders to play Winquiry
You can post in the message forum
You'll have to register anyway when you win a prize
8. WooHoo! I won a prize! How do I receive it?
Prizes will be distributed after you fill out the winner's information
form, digitally sign the release, and send us proof of ID. All documentation must be received
within 14 days of winning.
9. What is an online gift certificate and how do I access it?
An electronic Gift Certificate is a gift certificate that you use at an Internet retailer's site.
If you have won an electronic gift certificate, you will receive an e-mail with instructions, and
you will see a 'Claim Gift Certificate' icon when you log into your Winquiry account. You
can click on the icon to access the gift certificate. All electronic gift certificates that you have won
are also available from the link at the bottom of the My Account
page.

10. Can you send me daily reminders to play?
Yes! Log in to your Winquiry account and go to the My Account page. There is a check box on there to receive Daily Reminder e-mails.
Just check the box and you will receive an e-mail reminder every day!
11. I couldn't get to a Sponsor's website, what do I do?
Sorry, but intermittent connections are part of the Internet that everyone has to deal with. As our rules state,
we are not responsible for unavailable connections that limit your ability to participate. This includes
websites that are blocked from your work office, websites that are under maintenance, or your ISP DNS server
being out of date.
12. I don't receive e-mail from Winquiry, why?
Some e-mail providers, such as AOL and Earthlink, automatically filter incoming e-mails.
To make sure you receive Winquiry support e-mails, you should add
to your e-mail address book or list. You can also contact
your e-mail provider for their instructions on receiving important e-mails from Winquiry.com.
13. How often can I win?
From the rules:
Only one (1) prize per household is allowed per week.
Only one (1) referral fee per household is allowed per week.
